Newest Property Designs Bring Smart Ideas

I have been watching with great interest two buildings gradually going up behind hoardings.  Both of these are ‘infill’ sites between existing houses and are the result of older garages or outhouses having been disposed of for the purpose.   I was able to peek behind he hoarding on one of these places, there has been no hint of what was to come because there are still some lovely big trees from the road way up to the new development, however when the builders were moving big plant machinery out from the site, I was able to pop up and view the new house.  It is truly magnificent – beautiful windows and a pitched roof that gives it an old colonial feel about it.  The outer decor is very tasteful, with pale grey rendering and white woodwork.  The front porch is also very neat, big enough to shield one but not ostentatious.   More of these lovely new places are needed.  Property design can be really inspirational.
